One of my friends had bought a new Sony Cyber-shot, recently and I got a chance to explore it.  This cam has a Sweep Panorama feature which enables the photographer to capture a view horizontally.  No post-processing of the image required.  

How to take? Select the Sweep Panorama on the camera first.  Move the camera as needed for the panoramic-view.  

The main touch point was few/half of the pictures I captured(tried to), with the panorama feature enabled, failed to come-up properly, reasons being camera being moved too fast/too slow.  This feature shoots within a time frame.  With in that time frame, the photographer has to move the cam at a mediocre speed w/o any deviation in angle.  If did, that later portion of the image(after the deviation) will be captured black!!

౩౩ కోటి దేవుళ్ళ పేర్లేమిటి??

మన సాంప్రదాయం లో తరచూ మనం ౩౩ కోటి దేవుళ్ళు ఉన్నారని వింటూ ఉంటాం.

కాని, కోటి అంటే సంస్కృతం లో 'శాఖ' (section) అని అర్ధం. అంటే ౩౩ శాఖలకు చెందినా అధిపతు లన్న  మాట.
ఆ శాఖల అధికారులు బహుశా అగ్ని, వాయువు, మొదలగిన వారయుండ వచ్చు.

Bathroom door..

Wondering how a bathroom door made up a blogpost title! I know you are intrigued, read on..

We had occupied our currently-living flat for about 4 months before.  Its actually a pent-house on the top floor, so we were isolated from the rest of our neighbors in our building.  Everything was well set, except the bathroom door.  As we were in a hurry to join, our Owner had put up some ancient door, which looked like as though our forefathers used it!  We were on top of our Owner to get it changed immediately after we had occupied, but he was reckless.

After bugging him for as many times as we can, our Owner had brought some carpenter who was supposed to make up a brand new bathroom door for us.  He took all the measurements and left, but never appeared again!

Days passed by, and we totally forgot about getting our door changed.  As we were in our daily routines, we totally ignored our ancient door. 

We had plans to change our flat but never shifted(yes, we had fear of change).  And this house is not near to any one of our offices. As I was frustrated with the journey I had been doing to  my office(nearly 3 and 1/2 hours up and down..), I proposed we would shift at-least this time.  Everyone agreed upon.  We had to intimate the Owner before one month of vacating.

That was last week when I met our Owner.  Almost 4 months later, He was now on top of getting the door fixed in the next 2 days.

Now I know, we'll anyways vacate the flat in a month.  So I wondered how this new door would change our lives.  The door we desperately wanted, is finally coming when we are actually leaving...!

I was like who cares for a new door when we are leaving the house itself!! Even an ancient one will do for a month..(and we actually started liking the old door..because it was convenient for few reasons..)

That is when I had random thoughts about things we want in our lives.  We  crave for something, but we get something else and we are not content with what we have.  I may want an ifone, but I could even live with the cheapest phone on Earth(Of course, the cheapest one will not give what all an ifone gives..!). 

When everyone has to depart this world one day, I don't quite understand why few people crave for things, which are out of their boundaries(and fall into problems...).  Instead they can try to live happily and be content with what they have..!!

Aarogyam Mahabagyam

పెద్దలు ఆరోగ్యం గురించి ఆ రోజుల్లో చెప్పిన సూఖ్తి!
మనకి వొంట్లో బాగా లేకపోతె ఏదో కోల్పోఇనట్టు అనిపిస్తుంది..
తిరిగి బాగయ్యాక ప్రపంచాన్ని గేలిచిన ఆనందాని పొందుతాము! అవును కదా...!


మానవ జీవితమూ దుర్లభము.
ఎంతో పుణ్యం చేస్కుంటే కాని ఈ 'మానవ' జీవితం దొరకదంటారు.
'మన/ మానవ' లక్ష్యం ఈ శరీరాన్ని వాడుకొని మనలో ఉన్న జీవుడికి పునర్జన్మ లేకుండా చేస్కోటమే కదా..!
అలాంటపుడు శరీరానికి ఉన్న ప్రాధాన్యత అంతా ఇంత కాదు..
ఈ శరీరం మనల్ని మన (సాంసారిక) బంధాల నుంచి బయట పడేసే (భగవంతుడు మనకిచిన) పరికరం.
ఈ శరీరం తో భగవంతుడ్ని చేరుకోవాచు...మల్లి కుక్కగా ఐన పుట్టవచ్చు!!


ఇక మన విషయానికి వస్తే..
ఒకడు say X అరౌండ్ age అఫ్ 25 - ౩0...
ఇస్తమొచినట్టు తినేస్తాడు ...తరువాత రోగాలు వస్తాయి (general scenario)
షుగర్/బప్/knee పైన్స్...జనరల్ గ మనవాల్లకి వచ్చేవే కదా...
ఫస్ట్ అఫ్ అల్ ఇలాంటివి వస్తే మనిషి నీర్సిన్చిపోతాడు...ఇది తినలేను అది తినలేను అని
జివ్హ చాపల్యం !! కదా
morale దెబ్బతింటుంది..
రెస్ట్ అఫ్ హిస్ లైఫ్ మందులు మాపులు వేస్కుంటూ చచ్చి పోకుండా 'బ్రతుకుతుంటాడు..'
ఎప్పుడు ఈ లైఫ్ ని కాపడుకో వలెనే తపన/తాపత్రయం మనిషి కి !

మనిషి బతకాలి 100 years బతకాలి..
ప్రతి మనిషి 100 years బతుకుతాడ అనే ప్రశ్న రావచ్చు!


100 years బతకటం అంటే exact గ 100 యేఅర్స్ బతకతమని కాదు
జీవుడు ఒక సరిరం లో ప్రవేశించి నపుడు ఒక X years బతుకుతాడని రాసి పెట్టుంటుంది....
అది 20 కావచ్చు 50 కావచ్చు 80 కావచ్చు ...
ఎవరికీ ఎంత రాసి పెట్టుంటే వాళ్లకి ఆ టైం period 100 యేఅర్స్ అన్నమాట...
నాకు 50 రాసిపెట్టుంటే నేను 50 బతికితే...నా 100 years నేను బతికి నట్టే !

అదే వాడి late life lo వాడు ఆరోగ్యవంతం గ ఉండి, దైవ సేవగా అందరికి సహాయ పడుతూ,
ఆ మందులకి/హాస్పిటల్స్ కి పెట్టె ఖర్చు ఏ సామాజిక ఉపయోగానికో,
అనాధ పిల్లల చదువు కో ఉపయోగిస్తే....!!!??
